Community Guidelines

Our goal is for every talent to establish a sincere fan interaction.

Community Guidelines are a component of both our Acceptable Use Policy and our Terms of Service. These Rules, which are universally applicable, define what is and is not permitted on The Access Pass. We want everyone who participates to have a positive and enjoyable experience since connection and relationships are at the heart of what we do. 

We ask you to help us by alerting us if you see anything that could be a violation of these Guidelines. Use the tools available online or in the app, or by sending us an email at [email protected]. 

If our Users follow these Guidelines, we wish to extend an open invitation to everyone to become a part of the Family. We are proud of the variety of talent, viewpoints, backgrounds, and beliefs represented across The Access Pass.

A. Our Rules

All Users are expected to follow these Community Guidelines, which include admitting that specific behavior is forbidden.

1. ‍Identity, Age Requirements  
    you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must provide their approval. Do not create a false identity. Use your own photos and actual name. 
    
    Do not attempt to use another account to get around our enforcement procedures. If you have a business account and want to create a personal one, don't open multiple personal accounts unless there is a good reason.
    
    You are not permitted to sell or transfer you’re The Access Pass account. This includes a talent user who use a talent account for a different profile or role. Please email [email protected] with any inquiries you may have regarding your talent account.
2. Use of The Access Pass’s Site and Products 
    The Access Pass sternly forbids charge avoidance or taking any action to avoid paying a price. For instance, this can entail persuading a fan to buy, The Access Pass call through another channel. It is not permitted to finish a transaction started on The Access Pass outside of The Access Pass.
    
    Talent Users shouldn't interfere with another Talent User's company or artificially boost their profile or reputation on The Access Pass (by submitting fictitious reviews or indulging in shilling). Do not spread misinformation. 
    
    Avoid abusing the website by sending unsolicited commercial or advertising communications (including spam) or any other type of unwanted material. 
    
3. ‍No Illegality (including Fraud)
    You are not permitted to advocate or participate in any criminal activity on The Access Pass. Submitting requests or producing content that breaks any law, rule, court order, or other legal procedure is prohibited. This includes phishing, money laundering, theft, and fraud efforts. Additionally, we forbid the advertising or trade of illicit drugs or other regulated substances on the Site or elsewhere.
4. No Hate or Disparaging Speech
    Please refrain from using hateful or derogatory language on The Access Pass. We forbid any language that disparages, dehumanizes, denigrates, or threatens violence against anybody. This includes age, gender identity, race, sex, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, or veteran status. Slurs and other disparaging language that targets any of the protected traits falls under this category.
5. ‍No Violence or Inciting Violence
    The Access Pass does not allow anything that incites, encourages, promotes, or threatens acts of violence, property destruction, or injury, including animal cruelty. Do not portray, advocate, or glorify violence or self-harm. Distribute, email, publish, or ask for content on the Site that supports or celebrates terrorism or violence.
6. No Nudity, Sexually Explicit Content, or Sexualization of Minors
    Pornographic, indecent, vulgar, offensive, or sexually explicit information is not permitted on The Access Pass. Exposing genitalia, totally bare buttocks, or female nipples is also not permitted. It is against the law to sexually harass children. Distributing, posting, sending, or soliciting any content that depicts or encourages the physical abuse, neglect, endangerment, or psychological injury of children is prohibited. We WILL notify law police of any sexual offenses.
7. ‍No Cruelty, Harassment or Bullying
    Don't distribute, publish, mail, or solicit information that is abusive, abusive, harassing, threatening, bigoted, racist, disparaging, detrimental to anyone's reputation, or otherwise objectionable. Don't dox someone either. It is unlawful and against the law to publish something that disparages someone based on their looks, character qualities, or intelligence. refrain from mocking or belittling others.
8. Do Not Violate Intellectual Property or Other Rights
   By submitting content to The Access Pass, you represent that you own it or have the legal right to do so (and we can use it) You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Site does not violate, infringe, or otherwise misappropriate the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, moral rights, or other legal rights of any third party. Our Terms of Service go into greater information about our copyright policy. Copies are not popular. Do not try to read, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any software or other underlying computer code used in this site.
9. ‍Do Not Violate Privacy Rights
    We do not publish content that infringes the privacy of someone else's personal information. If content that portrays or contains personally identifying information of other users or other parties is brought to our attention, we will delete it. 10. Do not try to undermine the security and reliability of our Site
     The Access Pass is intended to safeguard The Access Pass, our users, or anyone else. We place a high priority on your privacy and security throughout the whole website. Distribute no content or files that include harmful code such as Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other threats. Never try to circumvent our security measures that restrict user access or attempt to attack the system.
     
     The Access Pass is committed to being a secure and inviting environment for everyone, and we ask you to help ensure that we uphold these Guidelines. Please notify us if you spot anything that could be a violation by utilizing the tools available online or in the app, or by sending us an email at [email protected]. ‍

B. Enforcement

You are responsible for your account and any submitted material. We shall enforce these Community Guidelines as we see fit, at our sole discretion, if we become aware of any content or behavior on the Site that violates them. While we investigate a potential violation and consider the most effective course of action, we could decide it's necessary to temporarily suspend you’re The Access Pass account.

The Access Pass may enforce these Community Guidelines by, taking any of the following actions: issuing a warning; removing content from our Site; temporarily suspending account access for a set period of time; getting in touch with law enforcement; or taking other action in our sole discretion.

We will consider a variety of variables, including the actual content, the seriousness of the behavior, and the quantity of infractions by a single User (referred to as "strikes"). We typically don't keep an eye on what users do outside from the platform. In some cases, though, we might take it into consideration off-platform activity that offers context, such as involvement with hate groups or terrorist organizations, sexual assault, child abuse, or other severe behavior, may also be considered.

You agree to assist The Access Pass with its investigations and quickly give it any information it needs. When we decide that a piece of content, such as one that is obviously satirical, scientific, or educational in character, we may occasionally, and at our sole discretion, provide an exemption to our content removal standards. In the event of a permanent suspension of your account, we will promptly refund any funds in your account that we currently hold, but we cannot refund funds held by third parties.

C. Appeal Process

1. Appeal 
    You may submit a written appeal request to [email protected] if you feel that our enforcement decision against you was erroneous. The granting of an appeal is at the absolute discretion of The Access Pass and is final and binding, just like all other enforcement decisions. You must send an email from an account linked to your access pass and must provide specific justification for your objections.
2. Reinstatement After Suspension 
    You can ask to have you’re The Access Pass account reinstated if it has been suspended due to a breach of the site's Terms of Service. Any request for reinstatement must be made in writing and addressed from the email address connected to the suspended account to [email protected]. A reinstatement request made in compliance with the guidelines does not guarantee reinstatement.
