Customer Workflow

The customer can book appointments from the Accesspass workflow for video discussions with celebrities.

How the customer will create an account -

The customer will open the Accesspass website and the home page will open here where the customer will find the products and a few options.

The customer will hover on the sign-in or create account option. It will navigate them to the registration or login page.

You can click on the Create an account button and it will navigate you to another page where you can enter your details to register in the AccessPass.

Once all the details are filled you need to click on the create an account button and your account will be created.

Now you can use your username and password and log in to the AccessPass store.

Auction Bid Details-

The customer can place the bid from product detail page -

The customer can check all the bids that he has placed for products.

How to book an appointment -

Now you can book an appointment with your desired actor and proceed with the purchase.

Hover the cursor over a product it will show the button for Book Now.

When click on the book now button it will navigate you to the product details page.

Here, you can select the date and time to book your appointment. When click on the book now button the product will be added to your cart.

When you click on the cart it will show a pop-up screen with the added product.

Then click on the View and Edit cart button to enter the cart or directly proceed with checkout.

Click on the Proceed to checkout to proceed further.

Here, the user needs to enter card details and proceed with the payment.

Once the payment is completed the order will be placed. The customer will receive an email for the same with the meeting link.

When the customer clicks on the joining link it will redirect them to the Zoom video meet page.

Now the customer can connect with their chosen actor on their preferred slot.


Book Custom Products

Similarly, customers can place orders with custom appointment bookings. Here customers can choose slots on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis and the available slots will be provided by the seller.

When a customer chooses the type for the booking slot then they can add the product to the cart and proceed with checkout. Once the order is placed the seller will assign the available slot to the customer.

Once the slot is assigned by the seller, the customer will receive the mail with the meeting link and details.
